When unpacking the rug, it is normal to experience natural odors from the dyes, yarns, and packaging materials. These odors should dissipate within a week of removing the rug from its packaging. If there are any creases in the rug, it is recommended to lay it flat or reverse roll it, as the creases will disappear within 2 weeks.
