Please note that dyes, yarns, and packaging materials may produce natural odors that can intensify after the rug is packaged. These odors should dissipate within a week of unpacking. If your rug arrives with a crease, we recommend laying it flat or reverse rolling it to help the creases disappear within 2 weeks.
