Please note that dyes, yarns, and packing materials used in the manufacturing process may produce natural odors that can be intensified once the rug is packaged. However, these odors should fade within a week of unpacking. If your rug arrives with a crease, we recommend laying it flat or rolling it in the opposite direction. Any creases should disappear within two weeks.
