The dyes, yarns, and packing materials may have a natural odor that dissipates within a week of being removed from the packaging. If your rug has a crease, laying it flat or reverse rolling it will make the crease disappear within 2 weeks.

For larger spills or stubborn stains, place the rug in the washer on a delicate setting and hang it to dry. A rug pad is recommended to prevent slippage and movement, and there is a one-year limited warranty included with the rug.
